Trustees Approved Recognizing the School Psychologist Association of Washoe (SPAW) as the Recognized Employee Organization and Exclusive Bargaining Representative for School Psychologists
Following the withdrawal of school psychologists from the Association of Professional and Technical Administrators, per NAC 288.145, school psychologists voted to form a new psychologist-only association, SPAW. Trustees voted to recognize SPAW as the recognized employee organization and exclusive bargaining representative for school psychologists.
